The items sold on this website are vintage and have been previously owned. Most are gently worn and have been well cared-for over the years. While many of the Sarah Coventry pieces are still in the boxes and have never been worn, it is authentic vintage merchandise manufactured from 1950 through 1984. This is not new Sarah Coventry jewelry!

Amazing Vintage Jewelry is NOT affiliated in any way with the Sarah Coventry company. We do not hire sales people, and we do not work through home parties. We do not repair broken Sarah Coventry jewelry. Since we are in no way affiliated with the Sarah Coventry company, we do not honor the Sarah Coventry "lifetime guarantee".

I am not qualified to and do not appraise jewelry. Also note that this website does not list jewelry on consignment.

Sarah Coventry vintage jewelry came with a variety of markings, depending on the date the piece was manufactured: SAC, Sarah Cov, SC, Sarah Coventry, Sarah, Coventry. Some of the early pieces of Sarah Coventry are not marked at all. In most cases, I do not list which marking a particular piece has. If you need to know this information, including whether or not the item is marked or the type of mark it has, please e-mail me prior to ordering.

At Amazing Vintage Jewelry, we are very particular about the condition of the jewelry we sell. You will notice that we never use the term "MINT" condition. There is a reason... Most of our jewelry is 38-74 years old. The term "MINT" condition refers to the condition of an item at the time it is produced. We feel that there are very few, if any, items that look the same way they did 50+ years ago. So instead, we refer to unworn, like-new items as "EXCELLENT" condition. "VERY GOOD" condition refers to items that are in excellent condition, but we may or may not be able to verify if they have ever been worn or not. Any time we use the term "VINTAGE" condition, there may be signs of light or normal wear, and usually this wear is noted in the description. Any items with excess wear will be noted, although most of the time, items with excessive wear will not be listed on this website. Our goal is a happy, satisfied customer who will return to our website and shop again.

PLEASE make sure to double-check your ship-to address. Any packages returned to me due to the customer entering the wrong address will be subject to a second shipping charge. If you do not want the package re-shipped, you will be issued a refund for the jewelry only - original shipping charges are non-refundable if the package was shipped according to the information that you entered into your order.

Your jewelry will be wrapped in bubble wrap inside a cardboard jewelry box for protection during shipping. Please make sure you understand that this is not new jewelry. Some shipments will combine several of your items in one cardboard jewelry box. Gift boxes are available at no extra charge...if you would like each of your items shipped with a gift box, please send me a message



We no longer ship outside the US

Shipping costs are not negotiable.

Orders are normally mailed by us within 1-2 business days of receiving your order via US Postal Service ONLY - no UPS or FedEx. Packaging includes a small USPS Priority Mail box for Priority shipping, and brown box or vinyl bubble mailer for free shipping.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES!! The Post Office is very good with most US shipments, and they usually arrive within 2-5 days of shipping. However, I cannot be responsible for what they do with the package after it leaves my hands. As shown above, mailing within 1-2 business days means the time it takes us to process your order and take it to the post office - actual shipping time (from the post office to you) will take longer. The time it takes the USPS to deliver your order is out of our control.

Insurance is automatically included on all Priority Mail orders - this protects you against any damage that may occur during shipping or the total loss of your package. Delivery Confirmation is automatically included. If you insist on not insuring the package, your items will be shipped at YOUR risk...if lost by the post office, your money will not be refunded. When I receive your order with the payment, I will assume that you have read this policy and understand these guidelines.

** Orders that are returned to me (by the post office or by the customer) will be refunded for the amount of the jewelry only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

US Shipping/Handling rates are subject to change without notice based on USPS price increases. Priority shipping starts at $8.25. Orders over $40 receive free first class shipping but you must choose Free Shipping in the shipping box at checkout.

Also note that I do not ship on Saturdays. As part of the USPS cut backs, my post office is now closed on Saturday. Also note that Saturday is not considered a business day.

When I receive your order with the payment, I will assume that you have read this policy and agree to these terms.

RETURN POLICY - THIS IS IMPORTANT, SO PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PLACING YOU ORDER: Our Amazing Vintage Jewelry is described as accurately as possible. Please e-mail us with any questions you have prior to placing your order. Please note that I will gladly refund your purchase price if you need to return an item within 20 days of the purchase date. However, shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer is also responsible for return shipping charges. If you are returning an item, please let me know so that I can watch for it and alert you when I receive it. I also ask that the merchandise be returned in the SAME packaging as it was shipped to you. Returns shipped back in packaging other than the original packaging may be refused unless I have authorized the return to be shipped back in different packaging. The merchandise must be in the same condition that it was in when I shipped it. You will receive credit for your return as soon as I receive it. Therefore, I highly encourage that you purchase postal insurance on all returned packages - if I do not receive the package, or receive it damaged, I cannot credit your account. IMPORTANT ***** Any items that need to be returned should be shipped back to me within 20 days of the date it was purchased - to be received by us no later than 30 days after your purchase date.***** Returned items received by me after 30 days MAY BE REFUSED and returned to you OR customers may be issued a store credit for the merchandise received after 30 days - this is at our discretion, depending on the circumstances. ***PLEASE NOTE - ANY ITEM returned WITHOUT the original Sarah Coventry box and/or card that was shipped to you will be subject to a 25% surcharge for that item. When I receive your order with the payment, I will assume that you have read this policy and agree to follow these guidelines. Any attempts to circumvent this clearly written procedure will be turned over to legal counsel. Also - We do not buy back jewelry from customers once they are finished wearing it.

AVAILABILITY: We make every attempt to keep our website up to date, but occasionally an item is not available for purchase even when the website shows that it is in stock. If your order is for that one item only, we will contact you to inform you that the item is not available. If your order contains other items, we will ship the items that are available, indicate on your receipt that the other items are out of stock and you will not be charged for the items that were not shipped.

MAILING LIST: When you purchase from me, you are automatically included on my "PREFERRED CUSTOMER" mailing list. I send out an e-mail every month with NEW ADDITIONS to my website. If you prefer NOT to be included in these mailings, please put "DO NOT ADD TO MAILING LIST" in the comments section of your order. If you are already receiving my mailings and do not wish to continue receiving them, all you have to do is reply to the e-mail with the word "REMOVE" in the subject line. I will gladly respect your wishes.

SHOPPING: The only catalog that we offer is the on-line listing (the website). There is no brick and mortar store. Also, there is no printed catalog, as many of our items are one-of-a-kind, and therefore our inventory changes daily.
