Ring - Sarah Coventry. "HELENA" from 1978. This ring is from the Hostess gifts line - earned by party hostesses but never offered for sale. Gold band is 18k gold filled with jade look insets. This one is sized - not adjustable - and fits a size 5 1/2. Excellent condition in the red satin with gold trim hard hinged presentation box. Hard to find.
