Necklace - Sarah Coventry. "FROSTED MINT" Hostess gift from 1980. Never offered for sale, but had to be earned by hostesses. Very unusual clear lime faceted lucite beads with darker grass green leaf designs at the one end of the bead and lighter, clearer green at the other end giving a very 3-D look. Clear lucite spacer beads and bright, shiny silvertone chain and clasp complete the look. To me, this is a very updated unique look for Sarah Coventry. Adjustable from 16" to 18" long. End metal connectors where the necklace is attached to the chain has verdi-gris from age, but does not detract from the necklace since it is a dark green color and looks like it belongs. The rest of the necklace is in excellent condition.
