Ring - Sarah Coventry. Item #2031 was originally called "PUFFED HEART" in the 1981 "the new Sarah Coventry Headline" small catalog (page 7), but the name was changed to "AFFECTION" in the 1982 "Soft & Sensational" catalog (pg 41 and it is priced $2 higher than in 1981). Shiny silvertone shaped, puffed heart is 3/4" long, 7/8" across. Very good condition. SIZE 8 - Not adjustable
